Alpine is currently working to integrate the RedAlert system with a card key system which will update the fuel usage logs electronically from the pump. Service, Maintenance and InspectionsThe Apparatus Management Module makes the mechanic's job of keeping track of truck service and maintenance easy. Basically you schedule service intervals for all tasks/service that will be performed on the apparatus. These intervals can be based on the following parameters:
As you perform service on the vehicle, the log is updated and reports can be run to determine which service is pending based on these parameters and the last time the task was performed. You can generate "To Do" reports for specified time periods. For example, you can generate a report which will list out all service required on specific vehichle for the month. You can also generate these reports for all apparatus.
