Caller ID Interface
Several Fire Departments receive emergency phone calls directly at their dispatch center. The RedAlert Computer Aided Dispatching System can receive and evaluate data from standard dial up phone lines that include standard TAPI Caller Identification. This unique feature gives smaller dispatch centers several capabilities associated with large Enhanced 911 Dispatch Centers.
