Access to medical and training information is instantaneous. The RedAlert Membership Management Module makes it easy to keep accurate and updated records on all of your firefighters and additional personnel. From the main screen you have instaneous acces to the personel's activity history. You can also quickly query which training the individual is deficient, as well as any pending medical actions. You can add, edit and delete inventory items directly from the personnel's screen; there is no need to first enter the items and then later reassign them to the individual. The Membership Management Module has a seemless link with the Paid Scheduling Module. You can find out past hours,current scheduling, and setup future scheduling. The system also contains a comprehensive daily log for paid departments. For volunteer departments utilizing a Length of Service Awards Program (LOSAP), you can quickly query the member's current status. Alpine Software has the capability of customizing the system to match your service awards program. You simply provide us with you rules and we program the appropriate reports. Apparatus driving history records are maintained for both incident events and training. You can also manage which pieces of appartaus a member is qualified to drive.
