General Inventory

The Inventory Module of RedAlert™ manages your general inventory and associated maintenance, and ties together the Apparatus, SCBA, and Hose Modules. The Inventory Module also links with the Bar-Coding Module to facilitate periodic inventory.

Features

  • Keeps a comprehensive record for each inventory item, including date purchased, service/inspection interval, vendor information, and serial numbers.
  • Records location and compartmental location for every inventory item.
  • Links with a bar coding (*19912*) system to assist in fixed assets management and exception reporting.
  • Assign inventory to staff, truck, station or vendor
  • Tracks inventory transfes by date, reason for move and who moved it.
  • Tracks inventory being serviced by individual vendors.
  • Searches and retreives inventory items regardless of inventory type. You can seach by item#, description, type, and location.
General Inventory

Assigns a service interval that will throw an alert flag when the inventory item needs service, on both the entry screen and the service deficiency reports.
