Graphical Site Plan

The Document Imaging and Scanning Module allows you view virtually any type of image and attach these to property preplans and personnel records. This is especially important for departments that like to have visual site plans for properties.

Image formats include GIF, JPEG, BMP, and PCX file formats. The system can also be linked directly to a HP scanner so that you can scan images and attach them to database records on the fly.

Having the ability to attach image files to personnel files allows departments to maintain a paperless office. Any type of document can be scanned and associated with a person. Examples include health and training certificates, awards, letters, etc.
