Inspections / Violations Base System

The RedAlert™ Inspections and Violations Module provides fire inspectors an extremely effective method of notifying businesses of forthcoming inspections, tracking permits, and recording violations. Departments can utilize an inspection form of their design and also incorporate their state or commerical inspection codes in violation notices.

• 100% department specified design of letters. Departments can design their own notification, compliance, and violation forms and letters.

The RedAlert™ Inspection / Violation System also includes a comprehensive Permit tracking program. An unlimited number of permit types can be tracked. Additionally, permit forms can be custom defined to meet your fire or building department layout.

Several Codes are Supported

Alpine Software has formed several partnerships with fire prevention code publishers. Here is a brief listing of which codes are support.

• BOCA. Alpine Software is an authorize reseller of the BOCA Fire Prevention Code.
• Uniform Fire and Southern Standard.
• New York State Fire Prevention Code. Alpine Software has partnered with Intermedia of Albany, New York.

Code Violation Tree Manager

One of the most difficult tasks the Fire or Building Inspector encounters is selecting the correct code for the recently discovered violation. The Inspector needs quick access to the entire narrative for the code. The RedAlert™ Inspections module displays the entire fire prevention code in a tree format. This allows the inspectors to maneuver around the chapters.

Super Search Function

A recently released search function has been incorporated into the code selection window.

Inspectors simply enter the key word they wish to find, the program then searches the code set to find the violation codes that match the search.
