Mobile Dispatch Terminal

The Mobile Dispatch Terminal extends the functionality of the RedAlert™ Computer Aided Dispatch System through the power of wireless networking. The MDT module runs on a portable touchscreen computer installed on the apparatus. Wireless technology connects the base systems with outgoing apparatus seamlessly. The MDT allows responders to update status times on the fly as well as access key features such as property/preplan information, graphical siteplans, and hazardous materials data. The Mobile Dispatch Terminal also combines the flexibility of ESRI mapping with Global Positioning Systems to offer real-time apparatus tracking. Large buttons combined with touchscreen access provide an easy-to-use and timely interface into your department's RedAlert™ Dispatch System.
