Property Preplan System

The RedAlert™ Property and Preplan module provides a fast, easy to use system for departments to enter, store, and retreive address records. The base system comes with standard entry and retrieval screens. Most fire departments design their own preplan entry screens to match building survey forms. The module also automatically links with several other modules.

• 100% department specified preplan, view screen, run card, and building survey form. These two entry screens and report forms can be designed to your department specifications.
• Optional site plan graphical interface for storing, retrieving and printing building layouts, HazMat locations, and visual preplans. Site plans can also be faxed from the system.
• Links with Computer Aided Dispatching System, allows for generating incdient directly frmo preplan record. Interface with GIS Mapping module to display location of address.
• Record HazMat locations and quantities stored at site. Access Cameo HazMat database directly from preplan.
• Rapid Search and Retrieval system allows for the retrieving of address ranges, intersections, sites and locations quickly and efficiently.
• Enter an unlimited number of contacts and emergency persons to call.
• Store handicap information to assist responding personnel.
• Marquee Message Sign link allows for transmitting call location at time of dispatch.
• Links with Incident Reporting Module for providing call history.
