Training Management

The RedAlert™ Training Module is a flexible system designed to assist your department in tracking and scheduling training for your membership and personnel. This system will help your department comply with NFPA record keeping standards. The Training Module is a valuable tool when OSHA or other agencies request membership records in the case of a firefighter injury.

The training module contains three sub-modules (Courses, Certifications, and Sessions) which can be set up to fully manage any type of training program.

Features

  • Keeps a comprehensive record for each training class, including date, time, location, officer in charge, and space for a description.
  • Displays training history directly from personnel's record file.
  • Generates training deficiency reports to assist training officers in setting up class schedules based on current training needs.
  • Contains numerous reports to track which personnel need to be trained in different training categories.
  • Track individual classes for each certification.

The training module also links with the Length of Service Awards Program (LOSAP) Module. Therefore, points can be assigned to training classes and included on service awards report.
