Decom's Fire Master was developed to meet the needs of fire departments with
Service Awards programs. The system also incorporates a dispaching system for
those department's which do their own dispatching. The Decom system runs on an
AS400, and is not Windows based.
Alpine has converted a large number of departments from the Decom System.
Alpine has in place routines which transfer data from the AS400 data format to
the RedAlert dbf file format. These conversions can be done right up until the
very last minute; your department will experience no down time in the transition
between systems.
Modules
Alpine has the capability of converting several modules from the Decom system.
