Data Conversion from Empire Data Group's ESMS

Empire Data Group developed their Emergency Services Management System (ESMS) to meet the data management needs of fire departments with Service Awards Programs. After unsuccessfully developing a Windows front end, they referred their user's to Clark and Associates (CC&A) out of Cypress TX. At this point, CC&A does not have a workable windows system to meet the needs of departments with Service Awards Programs.

Alpine has in place routines which transfer data from the ESMS database structure to the RedAlert™ database format. These conversions can be done right up until the very last minute; your department will experience no down time in the transition between systems.

Modules

Alpine has the capability of converting several modules from the ESMS system. The table below illustrates how data can be converted into the RedAlert System.

Incident and Casualty Reporting Incident Reporting Form looks exactly like the NY BFIRS. If you are familiar with the form, then you are ready to go. Also includes Fire Service Casualty and Civilian Casualty Forms.
Membership and Roster Data Membership Management Member Photograph, direct links to service awards report.
Service Awards (LOSAP) Service Awards Module The RedAlert System can be configured for ANY Service Awards printout. You do not have to run a seperate execuatable - it is all contained in the main program. Both department wide summary reports and individual printouts are supported.
Personnel System Training and Non-Incident Modules OSHA training records converted with no loss of data. Meetings, Drills, Work Details, etc.
Equipment Repair and Maintenance General Inventory, Apparatus Management, SCBA Management, and Hose Management RedAlert Inventory is broken up into four distinct modules: General, Apparatus, SCBA, and Hose.
