System Modules

The RedAlert™ System is broken up into approximately 50 modules. The modules are classified into several primary categories.

Incident Reporting
	NFIRS 5.0 Incident Reporting Compliant to standards as mandated by FEMA.
	State Fire Reporting NFIRS 4.0 Incident, Fire Service and Civilian Casualty, HazMat.
	Custom Fire Reporting Customization of incident reporting.

Membership/Personnel
	Membership Management Includes offices, committees, additional phone numbers etc.
	Training Management Track Fire Schools, certifications, and individual sessions. Module also includes link with the event calendar
	Non Incident Events Drills, Meetings, Work Details, Standbys and Misc Events. Module also includes link with the event calendar.
	Paid/Personnel Scheduling System Includes hour tracking for both paid firefighters and volunteer ambulance personnel.
	Daily Log and Journal Includes spell check functions
	Service Awards and LOSAP Standard Format that include summary report. Can be customized to meet any service award bylaw known to the fire service.
	Custom Point and Percentage Reporting System Totally customized.
	Photo Interface and ID System Utilize digital camera for personnel photo and Firefighter photo ID generation

EMS Reporting
	Standard EMS Reporting Standard layout with no customization. Used by fire departments that run ambulance calls and only want to track basic run information.
	Custom EMS Reporting Time and material estimates based on hourly programming rate. Programmed to your specifications.
	EMS Billing System Standard bill layout. Customization available on request.

Inventory & Fixed Asset Management
	General Inventory Includes service history.
	Apparatus Management Includes service, inspection, fuel history. Also include general inventory link.
	SCBA Management Includes service and inspection history.
	Hose Management Includes testing history.
	Inventory Bar Coding Module utilizes Code 39 bar codes for fixed assets management.
	Inventory Bar Code Readers Required with Bar Coding module. System supports multiple types of readers
	Work Order Managment Track and manage equipment problems from creation to completion.

Address Management
	Property Preplan System Includes address system, intersections, ranges, and run card printouts.
	Custom Address View and Entry System Allows current and future modifications of fire department address system. Typical customization involves modify address view, entry, run card printout, and site survey printout
	Graphical Site Plan Display site plans, floor plans, and pictures of buildings
	Hydrant Management Includes flow testing and map link.
	GIS Mapping Interface Mapping interface utilizes your mapping data.
	HazMat Database Includes comprehensive material safety data sheets, chemical synonyms, address link. Utilizes all Cameo resources.

Computer Aided Dispatch
	Base System Base system to get started. Does not include setup and status modifications. Several modules are also required to operate this module.
	Bulletin Board Display Five screen display system includes incident history, apparatus status, call information, company and department bulletin.
	Bulletin Board Customization Customize one or many of the five screen
	Marquee Message Link Requires LED Digital signs for displaying messages in remote stations
	Caller ID Interface Module requires either the TCI MLX 41 or MLX 82 Caller ID receiver.
	Enhanced 911 Interface Fire Department is responsible for providing serial output. Non-destructive printer interface requires two additional hardware components.
	Mobile Dispatch Terminal Add mobile computers to your apparatus and track status and GPS location.
	Priority Dispatch ProQA Integration RedAlert is ProQA certified and fully integrates this dispatch protocol system.
	Member Call In An automated system allowing personnel to electronically notify dispatchers that they are responding to a call.

Inspection & Violations
	Inspection / Violations Base System Includes standard inspection entry, printout, permit entry and forms, 4 letters, and violations entry system.

Optional Attendance
	Bar Code Attendance System Includes required fonts, key board wedge bar code reader, and software functions
	Biometric Hand Key Interface Requires hand readers from Recognition Systems Inc.
	Keyless Door Link Links with Northern Computer�s Corby or Marloc Millenium System for registering attendance

Miscellaneous
	Fund Drive Management Comes with several standard printouts. Includes Code 39 and Postal Bar Codes. Optional scanner available.
	Custom Query Reporting Module is utilized by every module and can access every database.
	Security Access Module Module is utilized by every module
	Voter Registration Voter verification and tracking is made easy through the addition of this module to any RedAlert™ Records Management System.
	Internal Email System Send messages to all integrated personnel.
