Added comments to Service Schedule Report

Display NFIRS Code on Past Incidents

Description: The NFIRS code is displayed in additional to the description when viewing the past incidents for a property.


Incident Template "Use Current Incident"

Description: A new button has been added on the Incident Template setup captioned "Use Current Incident". Clicking this button will auto populate all fields from the currently selected incident.


Customized Reports

Description: Custom reports tallying Total Count, Hours, and Points by individucal can now be defined for the Training/Events. This report lists out each person and generates statistics for selected event types. To configure, go to the Training/Events Setup and click the Report Name tab. Enter in a Report Name and toggle each of the Courses on the bottom. To run the report, under the Personnel Report selected one of the "Custom Training/Events Summary" reports.


Truck Error Removal

Description: The problem with available apparatus being deleted has been fixed. This was occurring when the program was in a wait state to delete an incorrect time.


Map Center Settings

Description: The default map center now uses the latitude and longitude instead the four corner settings. You can set the latitude and longitude, as well as the extent to how big it should be displayed.


Scheduling Templates

Description: The Career Scheduling System now utilizes templates that are preset for the live of the department. This is expecially useful for departments that have a rotation "shift" that occurs for dealing with schedule cohesion and fair hours.


Qualified Apparatus Report

Description: The Qualified Apparatus Report has been modified to wrap at 20 truck increments. In the past the report would continue to shrink the width of the labels; making the report unreadible.


Caller Phone Number on Printout

Description: The caller phone number has been added to the dispatch summary printout.


Hiding Call Type

Description: A new field has been added to the call types captioned "Hide in Call Type Selection". When checked the Call Type will not display in the Dispatch Call Type Selection window. This is useful if the call types change and you want to retain all of them for historical reporting.
