The Client Server Enterprise Edition utilizes several Client/Server and ODBC compliant databases. They include, but are not limited to, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Informix, Access, and Sybase. This system was designed specifically for fire departments that require remote access from sub stations and have a need for a more robust database backend. The Client Server Edition includes all modules found in the Millennium Series and Millennium CAD Systems. The RedAlert Client/Server Enterprise System is one of the few true Client/Server systems available to the Fire Service. Most management systems available on the market are not Client/Server Based, but instead rely on table based file systems or utilize archaic mainframe technologies.
